It was December 18th of 2008. I was dressed exactly how I pictured myself ever since I was six. Sun, sand and orchids. Every little detail, every little moment- it was all just perfect. And the groom! Oh the groom… I always knew I would marry a handsome man, but I have to admit that I went above and beyond on my expectations ;D
The day was long, yet so short. I wished i could go back and revisit it, over and over again.
Oh wait. I can!
And that’s the point of all of this.
PICTURES. PICTURES. PICTURES.
I say this not only as a photographer, but as an ex-bride- and a lover of sweet memories. If there is anything on your wedding that you should invest on, it is your pictures.
Why? Because they are the only part of your wedding you get to keep and use forever. And the groom, hopefully.
I get it. Who doesn’t want a Vera Wang dress, or fancy food, or dreamy flowers? But who doesn’t want to remember these things forever? And talk about them and show them to their granddaughters?
Pictures are an investment. And I can tell you it is worth every penny. I sure had to sell my kidneys to pay for mine- but hey, I LOVE THEM!

And if you are going to invest, you might as well invest it with me. ;D
